Damaged Deep fryer

I purchased a 6Lx6L gas deep fryer from your Pretoria store on the 5th of August. I have since realised a few faults with the unit such as the one burner sometimes not switching on and I'm not sure whether that has to do with a factory fault where the gas doesn't ignite a flame or what the issue may be but as of the late one of the chip basket handles has started becoming loose and the knob for the burners is stuck.

As a loyal customer I am really not happy with this unit and would like to request a refund for the unit as it is negatively affecting my business having faulty machinery when there needs to be orders pushed out.
