Bad service and lack of communication

Bad service... I bought fridge online and only to find its not available when I call for delivery confirmation they promised to deliver on 10th December on the said date they only told me that its out of stock. I changed to buy the different on which is on stock and they promised to deliver on the 11th.

While waiting to for delivery I received a courier confirmation that it will be delivered the other date but the courier company said they are not the ones who will deliver its a shop. I called the shop they send me from Pilar to post no one helped me. I was transferred till my airtime is finished.
