Bad Customer Servive

I bought 2 couches on the 29th of November and I was informed that they only have 1 in store and second one will be delivered to me on Tuesday 3/12/2019 and nothing till now. I called them last week Thursday 5/12 to check and was informed they had a problem but it will be delivered by Friday and again nothing till now. I called again yesterday and was told I will be called back in 10 mins again nothing. I called again this morning and was told I will be called back in 2mins nothing till now. I informed the guy that I will now take this up as I am getting fed about being given the run around with no explaination and no apology. I want my couch today or my money back. I will never buy from that store again. I have never seen such bad customer service.
