Unacceptable service for a funeral underwriting company!!!!!

No response for weeks now!!!!!

Dear NHB Administrator

I sold this policy to my parent when I had a funeral business. My father JGM Viljoen who was the main member on this policy passes away after paying this policy for 16 years.

NHB consultants informed us that my mother JMH Viljoen whom is a co insured for the same police for 16 years must fall back to a waiting period although she is willing to continue with the policy.

This service and condition are shocking and request that this could be reviewed as it is just not fair.

Please advise the way forward and provide the documentation, premium as she wants to keep the policy for R 30 000 and change the banking detail for the policy because my father’s accounts are now unaccusable.
