Rejected funeral policy

I joined funeral policy with Nehawu administered by MHA Management holdings since february 2010 deducting from my persal, recently my mother passed on I lodged a claim at mha for burial they told me that me and my sister we covered same person they cant make a pay ment to me they are only going to pay her, to my amazement they have been deducting from my salary for almost 8 years they never told me about my sister, I told since I m married to another family I wont go around asking my sisters and brothers about who they covered since is their own family matters.As for NEHAWU I went to their offices in polokwane they are useless union they are just sucking members for profits they cant help you with any thing. I looking for help for the pain they inflicted to me.
