poor service

I would to report a pathetic service received, from the above Company , I have logged a funeral claim a enquiry last week already , it's been 2 weeks with no feedback, I have to make calls , I have to send emails no one is getting back to me , I have spoken with the following consultants; Tumi Mogopudi , Nomkhitha Mpe , Paul Mokoena , Kamogelo t , I was supposed to leave last week for funeral but I have not because of the delay pay out , the service is absolutely shocking
