Incompetence and misinformation

They misled me during the time i joined the funeral cover in 2019, telling me that I will receive 12K when death occurs, however i just discovered that I will only receive 6K. I then submitted a claim on 6th June 2026 but until present they haven't paid. Other policies have paid as i submitted on the same day. Furthermore their are not reliable at all.
