Funeral Policy Member removed without Main Members consent

Hello Peter in 02 December 2021, my sister joined MHA under ASSUPOL LIFE. When My uncle passed away in April 2024 we informed the above and sadly they said he was not in the policy. all along we were paying for him and others. this put us in disarray situation as he was only covered by MHA under Assupol. we send them the email and even called them but they took us to pillar to post. i would like to advice people not to join MHA as they dont keep their promises as they removed him without my permission as member in her policy. so beware when join the above institutions and followup every 6 month to check if your family member is still cover or you will regret it and be sorry.
