Claim of the Policy at NHB - SADTU301609

Good Day Hellopeter I Portia Sixaso here with lodge a complaint regarding with my policy, as a policy holder. I initially had a policy with NHB administrators where I covered my parents for R6000, later I realized that R6000 was not enough and I increased the cover for my parents in last year September 2022 I increased the cover to R10000 per parent. i have paid this policy to date and it is up to date, I was surprise when my mother passed away and made a claim and I received R6000 and I was expecting R10000 to bury my mother. the company they told me that I didn't increased the amount whereas they deducting the money from my bank account. Please assist me with this matter your swift and fair consideration of the matter will be highly appreciated
