It took less than 3 days since submitting the claim until the claim amount was paid out. I also wish to commend Siyabonga for the outstanding way he arranged for the repatriation of my mother from Mosselbay to Pretoria. There was not even one single hick-up in the whole process. It took Siyabonga less than half a day from the moment I have sent the required documentation until the confirmation was received from the repatriation agent that all the arrangements were finalized. In all the cases we were receiving continuous feedback on the progress of the process.
