No qualified people in accounts department or management

<p>I rented a new photocopy machine from MH Office....all promises when they want your business, They then messed up my account by not charging me for some services and then all of a sudden want to charge all in one month(their MISTAKE) The amount was also not correct. After we discussed it with then numerous times nothing happened...and every month interest is added (for their MISTAKE)</p> <p> </p> <p>This went on for maybe over 8 months....every month my account with them is messed up andnobody at MH Office can sort it out.</p> <p>They then send two people from their headoffice to come and see us. after explainig everything to them they agreed with us on the outstanding amount which was R984.00. They told me that they will go back and that I wil receive the correct statements and invoices reflecting the agreed amount by email. this never happend.</p> <p>I have handes their machine back on the 10th of Feb 2017 and I am still receiving invoices for this machine every month... my acount just gets more and more every month without any service. the worst thig is that I send emails to the owner and his son...they don't respond or return my calls. There technicians and salespeople even told me that this is always happening...</p>
