music shop....sales persons treated bad.

I am a music ***** and visit this shop on a regular base.Every year I saw sales people starting to work there then few months later there will be a'NEW'sales person....I started to wonder......then on one fine afternoon I walked into this store.....to my surprise to see how the manager....an elderly black lady treats her salesman....I was shocked.....she claimed the sale the young man just did will be her commission for she knew these people for soooo many years....she belittled this salesperson in front of the client......afterwards I went to chat to this salesman and was so upset to hear of all the irregularities eg. she would not give them a daily reg. but now and again she let them sign in when she feared the owner of the shop will come to the shop.He has a few music shops down in Durban.......when she is not in the shop and the salesperson makes a sale she would have words with them/him saying it was her client.....there is now a new salesman that has got a lot of knowledge of the shop and music as such.......hope he will stay and this old lady will not get"ridd" of him as she did with the other sales people......owner wake up....you loosing good sales people......she is plainly rude!!!!!!
