Appalling service from MGs Schoolwear Vanderbijlpark

I bought my daughter a matric jacket (R550) on Saturday, 25 January 2020 and it needed to be embroided. I left the jacket at the shop to be embroided, they said i should collect it on Tuesday, 28th January. When we got the jacket back on the 28th, the zip was broken.

The shop tells me that I must fix the zip myself. How can I pay so much money and still fix the zip that got broken while in their jacket was in their possession? Their customer service is appalling and disgusting. I will never ever buy any school clothing from them and I am going to spread the bad word around.
