Gross Negligence

I had an incident on the bus on the 26th of June 2018 ,after I rode the Bus on my way to get a seat in the bus... I fell inside the trap door , I was so traumatized by the incident and was in so much pain. Both my legs were bruised and i was literally black and blue, i had to go to the doctor on the same day as could not handle the pain. i also have contacted the bus company and officials about this matter. I am so disappointed about the fact that i had no response to date about my incident.
