Terrible service and drinking with no liquor license.

We have made a booking for our staff at this guesthouse and by the looks of the photos on google it was okay. When my team arrived at the guesthouse there was people drinking and screening on the porch and the tables was plastic. Now, I do not have a problem with a plastic table, but I do have a problem with the drinking and the place being filthy. We have asked for a refund on monies paid and we have not yet received anything. I tried discussing this matter with the owner / manager and he put the phone down in my ear. I really want my companies money back - you cannot advertise one thing and when you get there it turns out to be a nightmare.
