Bad experience

<p>I had Venter Plumbers unblock our drain, and two week later noticed the drain wasn't unblocked (water bubbling up). I asked Herman Venter to come back, and he sent another company (MGB Plumbers), who finished the job, and then sent a hefty invoice to me. They were subcontracted by Herman, and I was expected to pay. They acknowledged this, but didn't make any effort to sort it out. Unfortunately it leads me to believe they were in on this with Herman. I did not contact MGB, I did not contract MGB. I paid a total of R1800 to unblock a drain (the original invoice would have had me pay R500 extra for "travel").</p>
