Extremely Disappointing Renovation Experience with Mgabhi ZN Projects

I recently hired Mgabhi ZN Projects for renovations in my flat, and I must say that the entire experience has been nothing short of a complete disaster. The quality of their work was abysmal, and I am left regretting my decision to entrust them with my project.

To begin with, the installation of the aluminum windows was an absolute nightmare. Not only did they manage to break the windows during the installation process, but their overall workmanship was incredibly poor. The windows were improperly fitted, leaving gaps and drafts, which completely defeated the purpose of installing them in the first place. It was evident that they lacked the necessary skills and attention to detail required for such a task.

Furthermore, their lack of professionalism extended to the painting aspect of the project. Instead of taking the time to properly prepare the walls before painting, they simply painted over a rough surface, resulting in a shoddy and unprofessional finish. It was clear that they didn't take pride in their work or bother to ensure a smooth and visually appealing outcome.

The most frustrating part of this entire experience was the improper installation of the door. Mgabhi ZN Projects demonstrated a complete disregard for industry standards and best practices. The door was not aligned correctly, causing it to stick and creak whenever it was opened or closed. This is a basic and fundamental aspect of door installation, and their failure to get it right was indicative of their lack of skill and creativity.

It is disheartening to give young, talented individuals an opportunity, only to be met with such a subpar performance. As someone who believes in supporting local talent, I had high hopes for Mgabhi ZN Projects, but unfortunately, they failed to meet even the most basic expectations.

In conclusion, these guys are far from being ready for this job they do, but this is just my experience and if they disagree I can share pictures here. Their incompetence, lack of attention to detail, and disregard for professionalism have resulted in a complete waste of both time and money. Save yourself the frustration and disappointment by seeking out more competent and reliable professionals who take pride in their craft and deliver quality results.
