Clients complain

MG makes &supply curtains, shops are in Hooper lane,in West Street. Durban ,the other is in China mall Inanda Rd.I placed curtain order for my house in August 31 ,2018.I paid them R2000 for deposit inorder to start making it ,balance was R3500.They told me to come & collect after 2weeks ,only to find that they used the wrong material & wrong sunblock.I told them to make mine because it was totally different.The other phoned the shop owner to report their mistake, the shop owner by the name Abraham promised to fix everything,but told me to wait for the material as it was finish. I waited without any update ,I went to their shop in China mall to check Abraham said they got the material but sent it back because it was of poor quality ,I asked them to bring back my money to buy the same material to the other shop ,they said they will buy material from that shop .On 12-10-2018 I paid another R2000,as Abraham instructed inorder to start making it .when I came to collect they said the machinist did not make the pattern I requested,so they will start afresh & deliver it to my house.from October he keeps on postponing.he phoned me & said will deliver on 29 November but he didn't ,30November,1December&3 December but he couldn't and he doesn't say anything now.his number is ********** 446; ********** 973; ********** 335
