MG Deck installations

MG Deck installations I would never recommend them to anyone . They did a project ( deck ) and not even 2 months later there was cracked planks that I had to call them to replace . The workmanship was terrible . Sadly I used them again on another project With the second project I had to redo the complete deck over myself after the client was complaining , it looked as if the deck was never sealed after only four months . Al they could tell me is that the client is suppose to seal it every 6 months but the deck wasn't even 5 months old . Then the planks were not aligned , I had to sand it down and reseal the complete deck myself . The first deck became worse . I spoke to Mark ( the owner ) and he told me he will replace the planks and that I will have to sand the deck down and reseal it myself . He kept me on a line for four weeks and promising me every time next week and it never happened . Later on I threatened him that I will report them and take further steps . He had the guts to send me a WhatsApp and say they need payment before they can do the repairs . I got someone else to give me a quote to repair and now I have to pay for a new deck . So please never think of using them ever as You will end up paying twice for the same job .
