Refunds for Item not received

I bought a Sneaker on the 8th of April Order #28879 since I was waiting for a delivery for my I term it never came MG CLOTHING Created a Shipment with the Courier Guy Shipment 9NJJQQ: Created I called the courier to tract my order only to find out the Parcel was never dropped at the their deport Called MG CLOTHING they said there is a problem with the courier. Cancelled the Order on the 17th of April without receiving the Item. They wanted my Account details for refund within the 14th day period. I sent the banking confirmation latter and they confirmed that its Valid No funds reflected to my account today the 10th of May I sent an email saying 14days passed no funds reflected on my account They are not responding to my emails All I want is my money back MG CLOTHING. their response was :Good day
