Poor Service

I ordered & paid for a pair of New Balance 327 trainers, off white & burgundy size 6 on 10/6. On 20/6 I sent a email to ask about the delivery date and they responded "waiting on their supplier". I emailed back saying I was going away for 5 weeks and would like the trainers before then. On 10/7 I sent an email to cancel the order due to no communication and no delivery. On my return 2/8, found the order had been delivered 15/7 but the incorrect color & incorrect size. I sent comms and they advised that "the exchange period for this order had already expired". Since 6/8 to 27/8 I have sent emails and WhatsApp messages with no response except once saying "refer to the exchange period" 10/9, I sent a follow up email and seems they have blocked my address. I do not want these trainers as I cancelled the order and then they still sent the incorrect colour & size.
