POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM MG Clothing

I m so disappointed by MG Clothing. On the 21st of June 2023 i placed an order NB 327, offwhite and burgundy in colour then i paid on line. The parcel was delivered on the 27th of June 2023.I asked then to drop it in East London since i m staying in deep Transkei and today i was in East london i got my parcel. To my suprise the takkies were off white and black. I informed them to my suprise they told mi to send it back by Paxi using my money and yet i m not the one who is at fault. Secondly i initiated drop and collect system they didn't agree. Thirdly i asked for refund they say i will get my money after 7 days and yet i want to buy takkies in East London. So i said to them i will escalate the matter they said i must do what is fine for me. To me thats poor customer service and i will it make a point that they know how to treat the customers
