Bad service
I am not happy with their Service. I sent a text to them o. whatsApp about my parcel and i ṅwala ignored..

We don't ignore messages unless our operation is interrupted by the ongoing load shedding however it's okay. Our business is very much dependent on continuous communication. Assumptions and perceptions are not facts because they can be wrong
