A bunch of ****** selling ****s

I bought a pair Nike sneakers from what seemed like a legitimate online store MG Clothing. I made the payment on Friday and by Monday I received my order. After opening the box, everything about sneakers screamed ****, so I compared these with my first pair of Nike Jordans I had purchased straight from Nike some years ago. They looked nothing like it, instead they resembled all the **** Jordans I saw online when trying to see how to spot **** Jordans. I called them back the same time and told them I wanted a refund because I was unhappy with the shoes. They gave me the run around and sent me from pillar to post, eventually I was told to return them to pep paxi send, which I did and paid just under 200 to send them back. I called to follow up after I received notification that they collected the package, I was then told to wait 48 hrs . I waited and nothing happened, I called again and was told they would refund me less 30% of what I paid because they had to pay to deliver the shoes to me, and they use pay gateway something which costs money so I must cover those costs.

I told them to pay me back my money but the gentleman Eric wouldn't listen and said it's not his fault that I'm not happy with the sneakers.
