Poor communication skills

Marius is a real piece of s##t. I could tell from the short interaction I witnessed between him and the receptionist she also has had enough of his bad attitude.

He lacks respect and tact. His customer sevice needs to improve drastically.

This man is not deserving of anyone's money if he treats clients the way he treated me today. Judging from the 5 stars on the reviews...maybe the bad attitude is only reserved for people like "me".
