Unqualified legal advice

I have appointed MG Law to handle my unfair dismissal. Right from the beginning it was hard to communicate, my appointed labor lawyer kept on changing without me being informed accordingly. On the day of the arbitration my assigned lawyer first couldn't find the CCMA building and was then unable to remember the name of the opponent party, informed me incorrectly about UIF payment to be received from the department of labor and made me settle for a compensation way under the suggested compensation suggested by the arbitrator. All because he had his facts wrong regarding the payment that is to be received from the department of labor. Furthermore I was not informed that their fee on a "no win no fee basis" quoted for did not include VAT - that was only disclosed when receiving the invoice! None of my concerns and complaints were taken seriously, even after contacting the owner of the business. Overall a very bad experience - integrity and transparency obviously not their strong point. I would not recommend their legal services to anyone who needs qualified advice, support and guidance.
