Keep away from MFS

Try and stay away from Miguel Ferreira-da-Silva, his main interest seems money, and once you are signed up he quickly looses interest in your project - unless there are ways to constantly push up your project costs, as he severely benefits from it every single time. Don't ever trust him to be your Principal, it has cost as a million rand and a lot of material damage that he did not make sure that the builder carries his part out according to even standard building practice - even though he was the appointed Principal agent, and got paid for this job very well. In our opinion he has failed his profession, as he does not seem to enjoy his work as a Property Developer/Architect at all.
