On Tuesday the 14th of April I decided to view my credit report with TransUnion, to my surprise, MFIN was listed as one of the credit providers. I then called them to inquire only to find out as I never app**** for any finance with them. Phumla confirmed that the loan had been awarded already in March. They then asked me to go to the police station to open a case and also provide them with an affidavit. MFIN's process of applying for a loan telephonically without verifying details is flawed
