Terrible service from MFC

on Monday 21 October - i phoned them regarding my account - got a email from the call center - send my concern and NOTHING no reply till i phone today to follow up. Your service is ********** - the website is also giving errors when i want to try and register - we pay so much for your service and NOTHING .. no help i seriously hope they will come back to me
