R5000 GONE DIDNT EVEN BUY ONE CAR

My partner paid an amount of R5000 to get into the auction and she had booked 4 cars that were all booked as an option to pick one car in the end. We were told our R5000 would not be paid back. This auction house wasn't transparent from the beginning as it stated no where it wouldnt be paid back if we dont get a car to take. we wouldn't have gotten into the auction if this is how business is done the worst service to even get ahold of them atrocious service and terrible business acumen.
