Poor communication

Depression is real, I'm a 27 year old lady who was approached by guys at 7pm to take my car. Okay cool fine on the next day a called the lady who I was making arrangements with, she did not know anything about the car being taken worse she said I should call mfc they will advise.... I did that...... I was sent from pillar to post. Till date no one communicated with me worse my parents wants the car but no one is answering me not even sure whether the car exist or not because I'm no longer sure
