Payment first before viewing the car of your choice

Hi mfc auction house, I have been looking to buy a car that I saw via Facebook market which is sold buy your dealership. Then I spoke to one of your consultants, which I was told to send my details and I'll have to secure the availability of the car with R5000 and if I didn't like the car then I'll be refunded.

So I wanna know if is this really how you work... do we need to pay a fee just to view any car of your choice...
