MFC DEPOSIT REFUND DRAMA

Online registration process looks and seem pretty straightforward but background process cumbersome and frustrating. I registered online uploaded my documents paid R5000 and spoke to staff who confirmed my payment but I was kicked out by the system and unable to log back on. I called all day to no avail. They never answer their phones.. I initiated my request for a refund over two weeks despite receiving advice it takes up to 7 working days no refund yet. I have written tons of emails with no meaningful. The service is simply so unprecedented and out of touch.
