MFC AUCTION HOUSE IGNORING REQUEST FOR DEPOSIT REFUND.

Attended the auction, not impressed. appeared there were auto-bidders to boost prices. I had thought I will go back but got car at a local dealer in the end. I was given an email address to email for my R5000 if I change my mind and attach the latest bank statement in my name. I did so on 18 Jan 2022. to this date, there is no reply. I send an email to follow up still no reply. I checked my account there is no refund. total rip-off. I will not rest until i get this money
