FALSE ADVERTISING,NOT ORGANIZED

They auction online one mileage but the physical mileage of the vehicle is different. Not organized, DEKRA and MFC are mixing things up,very u professional and people are fighting with them weekly.The staff there act like the business belongs to them,and have a don't care attitude, no customer service and theses are not the quality of people that should be marketing the MFC banner. With this attitude the managers should open their own businesses and see how far they go. Theo Lombard has a bad attitude and unprofessional. This matter is so clear as it is an error, and yet management is unable to assistant us and keep giving us the same pathetic line,we do not guarantee mileage. I believe him and his bosses should take cover as I will be taking this up,how ever I do not blame MFC, I blame the in competed staff who believe the they own the auction,and run the business in this manner. Please contact me,I am giving them 24 hours to resolve this matter before I start posting to all social media platforms and report ********** business activities to all relevant associations.
