Disappointment in Mfc

Good day, I would like to set out my disappointment in MFC. I got behind with my instalment for April till May 2023 st an amount of R3900. A lady from the collection department phone on the 16 of May 2023 informing me that i am behind with my instalment and had to pay immediately or they will come and repo the car. I then told her that i will make this dubble payment on the 25th of the month of which I did. She they told me unfortunately the bank want there car, and if I come up with the payment I then can get there car back. She then came the next day to come and return the car whereby I then voluntary surrender the car, i was told that I can get the car back after making the payment.

I then make the payment with the intention that I will get the car back. I then got a shock of my life, whereby I was then told that there is legal fees, repo fees, valuation fees and so on. I WAS NOT INFORM about this other costs involve. They then told me that it is stated in my contract. I dont sit or walking everywhere with this contract. I feel that I was trick of giving the car for collection. How can the bank not see that you already struggle to keep up with payment then giving me an amount of R11000 to get the car back. Im deeply disappointed in this bank, and I see I an not the only one that this happend to.

This bank is putting me more under financial difficulties and stress. If I knew about this extra money I will never had surrender my car, and would never have make the payment of R3900.

I want someone in Head Office to make contact with me, Superiors I want to talk. BAD SERVICE. I
