Call avoidance

Good day

I'm really shocked with the treatment I'm getting from the recoveries agent I called and was supposed to be transferred by Dani (male) to Dumisani...then line got cut....I called again spoke to some girl she gave me attitude and u could here her cellphone rang and it was distracting her and told me she will leave a note for Dumisani to call me.....so much call avoidance in your bank and I would like to report this to Hello Peter maybe cause I taken for granted since our vihcles are in arrears so u guys don't care. I feel disrespected and I'm taking this futhure....I called her at 13:24....guess what she never left a note cause her cellphone matters than my query.
