Keith Shuttleworth is a man of his word! Although I wasn't a sizeable customer, Keith still went out of his way to help me achieve my goal. I needed some used slabs for my vegetable garden, which wasn't a profitable undertaking for him in any way, but he very kindly arranged the slabs for me, as well as the transport to deliver. Any company who cares for the "little" guy as well as the big spenders, deserves support. It speaks of being customer oriented instead of only focusing on the bottom line alone.
