MFANYANA SECURITY

Subject: “MFANYANA SECURITY”****very low rating.

It is with great sadness i have to write this bad review with the hope that it will land in the ears of this security’s Clients(eg TARA hospital, Ann Latsky nursing college ,&other clients ,etc) about the Security Company named MFANYANA SECURITY

I have never seen such a company/Employer that has little to NO value, inefficient &lacks respect for its hard working employees, im not really sure if the owner of this security company is aware of what this company(office in Moroka Soweto) is doing to its employees ,tarnishing the whole image &company name. Mr Shandu is a well known and very respectable business man but his company employees are just tarnishing his reputation.

Mfanyana’s Security employees are hard working mothers, fathers ,brothers & sisters who has families to support, they are scheduled for 12hours each day of work and expected to arrive on they post 30 minutes before start of the shift but when its time to receive what is due to them its always problems &issues with this security company

Im so sick and tired of watching my sister on a daily basis crying and very stressed by this Security company and its violating labour’s rights:-

1. Employees are always paid late by the bosses wife named Gugu. 2. Getting paid peanuts way less than what the company receives from its clients 3. Enormous penalty charges fit to buy a month’s groceries, a sundry penalty charge of R1,500 coupled with an extra R500,00 for an error such as not closing the door or not putting on the alarm at work, etc. 4. Employees are afraid of getting fired when trying to exercise their rights 5. There is just so much to say here about this company, its employees are not staying long with the company afraid of its treatment the workers.

Based on my sisters daily situation &experience, I wouldn’t recommend for anyone to work for this Security Company
