Service of vehicle

One of my employees took his vehicle to MF Repair and Tune-Up Centre on 23 July 2025 for a service.

On 31 July 2025 at 11:50, he received photos clearly showing that his bakkie was being used by MF Repair staff to collect and deliver bricks—a purpose unrelated to the servicing of the vehicle.

When he arrived to collect the vehicle, he was informed that it was "out on a test drive." The vehicle only returned to the workshop three hours later. This raises serious questions about how many times, and for what purposes, his vehicle was used between 23 July 2025 and 31 July 2025.

To add to our concern, he was presented with an invoice of R13,500.00. Only after contacting the owner of MF Repairs was a R500.00 discount offered. This does not address the unauthorised use of the vehicle.

We request a full explanation of:

When and how many times the vehicle was used during this period.

For what purposes the vehicle was driven.

Why it was being used for transporting building materials without permission.

This is a serious breach of trust and we require your urgent response.
