Poor workmanship and bad attitude

<p>So, I had an accident to my car earlier this year, where I had to get the boot and bumper fixed. I took it to MF autobody to get it repaired, as they have a well known reputation. After I got it back, the rear mud guards weren't alligned properly, which was an easy fix, the one numberplate light was not working, and the boot was not lining up properly. I then took my vehicle back to get the boot fixed, which was done, but still not 100%. I accepted it like this though. About 2 weeks ago, the rear bumper started clipping out on the one side, and I noticed the boot started to shift and not lining up properly. So I phoned MF autobody today, to just hear if I can bring my car in to get looked at...I was then transferred to a very rude lady, who is "concerned" that the bumper started clipping out on the side where the bumper wasn't harmed as per my conversation to her, as if to say, I have done something to maliciously make the bumper clip out?? She also stated she does not understand how the boot can shift when it is bolted to the car, but I must bring the car in so that they can have a look, very rudely. Yes, the boot is bolted to the car, but factors like temperature, movement, vibration, etc will allow the bootlid to shift, if it wasn't tightend or alligned properly.</p> <p> </p> <p>Weet jy, ek gaan sommer verder in Afrikaans verduidelik. Ek voel my intelligensie was ondermein, en dat ek R30 000 betaal het, vir swak, onvoltooide herstelwerk aan my motor. Ek was nie misluk met die dame oor die foon om net te vra dat ek my kar kan inbring om dit net te laat reg maak nie, maar ek was glad nie professioneel behandel nie en die werkmanskap is swak. Nee wat MF Autobody, julle sal my nie weer sien nie, ek sal ook nie enige iemand aanraai om julle motor soontoe toe vat vir herstelwerk nie.</p>
