Excellent Customer Service and High Quality of Workmanship - Again

During 2013 I was referred MF Autobody by a colleague of mine after I was involved in a minor fender bender, and was assisted by Paula. The service which I received from her was exemplary; while my car was repaired promptly and the quality of the work carried out was exceptional. It was as a result of this experience that I requested my insurance company to authorise MF Autobody to carry out the repairs to my X3 after I was involved in an accident during June 2021.

Even though it had been approximately 8 years since I had last spoken to Paula, her level of service, professionalism and friendliness was still way above average. Coupled with this, the repair was completed a lot sooner than what I had anticipated; with the quality of work once again being absolutely stellar- this was especially highlighted by the degree to which the repair team had gone to in order to address my concerns of not wanting any rattles in the vehicle.

I would like to thank Paula and all involved in the repair of my vehicle for making my experience during this period absolutely effortless - you have all once again reaffirmed my belief in the fact that there are still companies out there that pride themselves on excellent customer service and offering a high quality of workmanship.

Based on the consistency of the high quality of customer service and workmanship which I have received during my dealings with MF Autobody, I would highly recommend them to anybody without any hesitation. My only regret in this whole experience is that I am unable to to give them a rating above that of a 100%.
