I am very disappointed with this panelbeater. Firstly I reported my wife's car to outsurance for an accident and was told to send it to Boksburg for assessment. The next day the lady by the name of Eva from Outsurance called to tell us that our car has been assigned to MF Autobody for repairs because that is Toyota preferred panelbeater and I even asked her about good panelbeater next to me here in Benoni which have done excellent jobs for me previously, but she insisted with MF Autobody for whatever reasons. We delivered the car on Monday the 12th and were promised that the car will be done on the 21st. On Monday the 19th we got an sms from MF reporting that the vehicle is in paint preparatory bay. We phoned today about the progress and shockingly told that it will only be done by next week and the reason being that there is still more work to be done because the assessor did not include some dents and scratches on the car. My question is why attending to it now when it was suppose to have been completed by the 21st as promised. Never again will I deal with people who are *************.
