Last week Thursday I had an in-house breakin at Library Gardens My City Loft apartments. The building that is supposed to be under the watch of Mezuzah security company.The company claims to be guarding us off site. Someone came into the building while Mezuza was watching the whole process, no fingerprint access or anything, stole all my belongings.I reported the issue with the company at the very same day.They pretended to be taking my details down for claim/reimbur*****t.To this day the company has been ignoring my emails.Im here with no form of any mobile devises, I’ve lost days of work.No one is bothered to reply .We have close to 50 little girls in the building who we are now scared for that are not safe in the eyes of this Mezuzah company.I claimed for my things 7 days ago and no one gives a damn because it’s not affecting any of them directly. If you ever think of staying in a building where they claim they have Mezuzah as your security, think twice or stay as far away as you can from them.
