Many promises, no delivery

On 19 October we paid a 50% deposit in the amount of R5503-25 to Mezo. We were informed that the cupboards would take 7 days to manufacture whereafter it would be installed. Yes, it was installed 7 days thereafter, although some shelves and railings were not. We were not too concerned about this.

After the cupboard was installed we realized that it was too high. We spoke to Joek Swanepoel who advised that it was no problem and that it would be moved. There was absolutely no change to the cupboard required. Only its location.

To date, this has still not been done, despite various phone calls and emails. R11 000 is maybe not a lot of money for Mezo, but for an ordinary South African it is.

We will now have to obtain new contractors to finish your incomplete work.
