bad delivery of service

In 2013,We worked with Gerrit Ferreira to build my mother's kitchen. A deposit was paid timeously. We had problems from the start with how the kitchen cabinets was placed and the appliances that the quote included, but were not in the kitchen when the project was complete. from 2013 until now the Kitchen cabinets has been falling apart bit by bit. We called Gerrit and Mezo Kitchens to complain and Mezo Kitchen promised to call my mother and ensure the kitchen cabinets would be fixed,till today they have not called and the kitchen has not been attended to. And yet the whole amount for the kitchen cabinets and everything was paid in full.
