Badly treated customer

Hello Peter i bought a bunkbed from Meyvon houtwerk en meubels in April which is owned by Meyer Rautenbach . Some of the The bed parts broke on the spot only to realise they used spoilt or rather water damaged woods for me. I made contact immediately to alert the wife whos doing the admin Yvonne Rautenbach. She said they will come by to fix n put on support woods. Since Then i tried making contact as to when they will be coming . She asked for us to send them the location so they can come by, which we did and still weeks went by they never showed up. I tried reaching out they said that they had covid, they will come after 2 weeks .after two weeks they said they have a funeral. I gave them another two weeks they then said they had forgotten about me they hv their own problems!! Now they saying they dont deliver. But suprisingly they asked for the location so that they can come by. When i ask Yvonne why they asked for the location but suddenly they don’t deliver she’s being rude telling me its family time she doesnt want to fight . She took my money with smile now when they hv to help me they are being very rude n playing with me they keep saying they will come by.
