I struggle to make payments and are open about it in communications. Very rude man sent me whatsapps from the company. In a phone call conversation he talks over me and bullies me into keeping quite and listening to him I am in the wrong for not making payments. But making arrangements. Does that mean I have lost the right to be treated in a human manner. I actually feel so sad to be treated like this.

Big, proffesional company treating people in this way. Very bad
