Sick to my stomach working with this company
I am currently under Debt Review and have been for approximately 18 months now. My account with Meynardt Attorneys is part of my debt review agreement and confirmed by the courts. I now receive an SMS with the same account number, that payment is to be made by the end of business today; court documents are ready. Really??? What documents??? When I called the office on the number provided in the SMS, Tersia is unavailable. I left a message with the receptionist. I am sure no one will call back.
2 years ago before I was under debt review, I was also unable to speak to Tersia. She is never available but she is always ready to send out threats and demands.
I am so absolutely sick of this company and the way they treat me.
Also, side note, below it asks for the company email so that they can inform the company of this review but the only email I have is of the person I am complaining about. This company does not freely hand out email addresses and there is no way of speaking to someone higher up.
Ridiculous.
She asked me a question and before I was able to complete my sentence, she interrupted and verbally attacked me. I was unable to finish a sentence. The message she received from the receptionist was not the message I left. When I tried explaining my message and the reason for my call, she refused to let me speak. I asked her twice, could I explain my reason for calling and she said no. She requested that I call her office and apologise for the message I left.
