Insulted and disrespected by a security guarx

Today 13/01/26 I visited meyerton DLTC I don't understand why are the securities the one controlling the queue they are clearly not trainedto do that. There's this lady who was controlling the queue who happen to be a security guard, the manner in which she Adress elderly people is like she's taking to kids. As I went there she was complaining that cirtain chairs are not for lisence renewals and I said I will stand she still complain why am I standing I should stand outside there's no shelter and the sun was hot I mean it was just me standing not like the place was occupied. They should hire controllers to control queues I really respect people and their job but that security is just stupid, she used words like Sh*to and called us nonsense and used Nxa! After every word like we are kids or stupid. Please have a look at this
